Adrien Robinson

Didn’t light it up as a receiver at Cincinnati.  Only caught 29 passes in 4 years.  Did average 15 yards per catch and had 5 career TDs.  The lack of production isn’t all on him.  UC didn’t feed the ball to the TE much.  Robinson was in and out of the lineup when they went to spread sets and different alignments.  Robinson got moved around as well.  Sometimes in the slot, sometimes TE, and some H-back.  Shows potential as a blocker, but he must get stronger.  Only did 15 reps at his Pro Day and you see strength issues on tape.  Had a sensational workout aside from that.  He ran in the 4.5 range, had a VJ of 39.5 inches, a BJ of 11’3″, and a 3-cone time of 7.10.  That is serious speed, explosion, and agility.  Robinson is a project, but teams will be interested.  Doesn’t have great hands, but could develop into a good #2 TE/STer.
